The new year tradition at White Wells can’t happen on Friday due to Coronavirus restrictions.
Every year on the 1st January hundreds of brave souls would normally take the challenge to jump into the cold water of the White Wells plunge pool.
Mark and Joanne who run White Wells said: “Unfortunately due to the current restrictions we are unable to open for the annual New Year’s plunge. We wish you all a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year and thank you for all your support shown in these tough times.”
