The Fashion Fiesta Collective is thrilled to announce its highly anticipated annual showcase, scheduled for 15th March, 6-9pm, at the prestigious Kings Hall and Winter Garden in Ilkley.
This year's event promises an unforgettable evening of style, creativity, and community engagement. In collaboration with The Mayoress Consort, the Fashion Fiesta Collective is proud to present an exclusive runway experience that brings together the best of fashion and philanthropy.
This year's event is not only a celebration of style but also a platform for giving back. The event aims to raise funds for two esteemed Ilkley charities, Improving Ilkley and the Clarke Foley Community Hub.
Rachel Hatfield, Founder of Fashion Fiesta CIC said: "We are excited to bring the community together for a night of glamour and generosity. Fashion Fiesta Collective is not just a showcase; it's a movement that aims to make a difference. Our partnership with The Mayoress Consort and support for local charities reflect our commitment to the well-being of Ilkley and its residents,"
Fashion Fiesta Collective is a community interest project. Its mission is to give a platform for new designers and local retailers to showcase their designed or styled pieces to the public. Past winners have gone on to do some incredible things. Designers have had their work entered into New York Fashion Week and featured in magazines. Make-up artists have worked on sets of Amazon Prime drama and films through connections made at Fashion Fiesta events. The annual showcase is a testament to its dedication to fostering creativity, supporting local talent, and positively impacting the community.
Fashion Fiesta Collective is honoured to partner with Ilkley’s Mayoress Consort, Sharon Milner, to elevate this year's showcase: “I’m delighted to partner as Mayoress of Ilkley with the Fashion Fiesta team to raise vital funds for the Clarke Foley Centre and Improving Ilkley; both charities do such great work in the town.
“The Fashion Fiesta collaboration is exciting; we are shining a light on talented, upcoming, and established designers, as well as the high street, bringing the community together to do good. It is important to use my role in a purposeful way, and we hope to see as many people as possible join us for this great occasion. Please come along and be prepared for an enjoyable evening, in a wonderful venue”
This collaboration signifies a union of creativity and civic leadership, bringing together the worlds of fashion and community service.
