The Ilkley Cycle Races are set to be a fantastic evening of free, family-friendly entertainment.

Following the success of Crime Viral’s sell out UK serial killer tour, research psychologist and psychopathy expert Cheish Merryweather will be bringing to the stage for the very first time MURDER: STAGED.

The concert will feature "Henry V" with music by William Walton and words by William Shakespeare. The programme will also include music by Victoria, Pergolesi, Hassler, Byrd, Reger, Rodriguez, Gjeilo, and Ketelby.

"The Trumpets Shall Sound" is an exciting programme of music for up to 8 Trumpets, featuring classic works by Altenburg and Biber. It is a spectacle of Trumpet professionals that has not been seen in Ilkley for perhaps 25 years, and will be a feast for the ears.

Several bands perform during the afternoon. There’s children’s entertainment, a zipwire, raffle, beer, drink, and food tents. It is always well attended and there is always music, laughter and dancing!

A night of drama and intense passions as we explore the story of Romeo and Juliet and the piece it inspired - West Side Story. We will also perform the achingly beautiful, poignant and powerful 'Dance' by Anna Clyne. The solo part will be played by Adam Cathcart from the ASO cello section.
