The Friends of Ilkley Riverside Parks are again appealing for volunteer litter pickers over the weekend, Chair of the FOIRP, Ed Duguid, explains:
“Friends of Ilkley Riverside Parks (FOIRP) have put out another call for Volunteers to assist with Litter Picking over the weekend to deal with the expected increase in visitors during this Hot Weather spell.
Meet at Riverside Gardens Car Park at 10 a.m. on Saturday morning. Bring your own Litter Picker and gloves if you have them. If not, these will be supplied, as well as Litter Bags.
Depending on the continuing situation there may be a further meet on Sunday Morning at 10."
