It’s probably the diversity of their repertoire that surprises people most: from folk songs to blues, classical mandolin showstoppers, hot swing fiddle, quirky poems, limericks and comic songs.

With a spectacular 'Mardi Gras' parade which starts on The Grove at 11am, Ilkley Carnival is the day of family fun on East Holmes Field.
Entertainment includes the annual fun dog show, a free craft tent, Ilkley Rocks featuring live local bands and the bike stunt team Defying Gravity in the Discover Ilkley arena hosted by Rombalds Radio.

Celebrate 75 Years with Ilkley Town AFC! The Celebration Party and Players Awards will celebrate achievements on and off the pitch over the last 75 years. Guests receive a welcome drink, buffet meal and are entertained by live music, games and disco.

Mike Dixon will introduce you to the rigours of the ‘cold water cure’ and some of the ancillary treatments practised by Macleod through his account of ‘A day at Ben Rhydding Hydro’.

This exciting event is a 13.1 mile road race through the beautiful countryside around Ilkley.
The event village will keep friends and family entertained while the before, during and after the race.

Trio Chuva is a classical/folk ensemble based in Manchester. As Royal Overseas Music Competition semi-finalists, Chuva recently performed at the Royal Overseas Clubhouse in London.
