The Ilkley Healing Alternatives Festival returns to The King’s Hall and Winter Garden on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th September 2026, from 10am to 5pm, offering two full days of holistic and alternative therapies.


Visitors can explore massage, reiki, homeopathy, reflexology, acupuncture, hypnosis, herbalism and much more, with taster treatments allowing attendees to discover new approaches to wellbeing in a supportive environment, and readers, psychics and teachers offering insight, guidance and inspiration.


The festival’s programme also includes a series of inspirational workshops led by respected holistic experts.


Workshops include on Saturday, a two hour special spotlight light lecture Edwin Courtenay - spiritual teacher, author, healer and channel will share the Caduceus Healing System. While Sunday, Shanti Prema will host The Spiral Within, an immersive experiential workshop which will awaken the deeper intelligence of the soul.
