Churches Together in Ilkley supported by community radio station Drystone Radio are getting involved in the Doorstep Carols event this Wednesday 16 December, 6-7pm.
The idea started in Shropshire and has spread across the UK - similar to how the ‘Clap for Carers’ brought neighbours together, ‘Doorstep Carols’ provides an opportunity to do something similar and bring neighbours together too.
Organiser are encouraging families, friends and neighbours to take to their doorsteps in an appropriate socially distanced way to spread some festive cheer on Wednesday at 6pm.
