Established Ilkley business relocates to larger premises

Pure Pilates has relocated to new premises in Crescent Court with the addition of an exciting retail space - Canadian luxury fitness clothing brand lululemon.

After almost 12 years at The Old Armoury just off Church Street, owner and Pilates teacher Kirstin Ferrie decided to make the move over to Crescent Court and create her dream studio as well as introducing one of the worlds best fitness brands to the Ilkley shopping scene.

The new fitness partnership introduces lululemon to Ilkley, a technical athletic apparel brand designing gear for yoga, pilates, run, training and everything in between - but we're more than just that. We're a mindful movement that believes if we push past our sweaty boundaries, we're able to build the strength to push ourselves in other aspects of life.

These values are reflected in Kirstin's own ethos at Pure Pilates - she is passionate about opening up the opportunity for wellness to more people and helping them achieve their goals. This spans from helping clients recover from injury, get back to fitness after pregnancy, improving their general fitness and posture to keeping people moving well into their 80's!

Pure Pilates has become a family and a community, many clients having taken regular classes with Kirstin and her team for over 10 years. The studio offers group, duo and private sessions in Classical Pilates on the original equipment designed by Joseph Pilates himself. With the combination of expert Pilates tuition and gorgeous top quality workout gear this new Ilkley business venture really is a match made in heaven!
