Ilkley based casting agency, Agency Oakroyd, is currently registering new supporting artistes.
Engaged on projects throughout Yorkshire, agency Oakroyd is currently working with a production team that will be shooting both locally and further afield in Yorkshire (Doncaster, Hull, York, etc.) over the next few months. So if you’re either an experienced or aspiring supporting artiste, with or without on-set experience, if you think that you can subtly blend into the background, take direction and add to the atmosphere of a take, then agency Oakroyd is interested in hearing from you!
Paula from Oakroyd said: 'Hours can be long though, starts can be early, notice can be short, you may need to get yourself to and from remote locations and it’s definitely not all glamour; so it’s not for everyone. That said, there’s nothing quite so rewarding as being a part of something so creative and seeing the results on screen!'
