Just four homes remain for sale at Ashlands Garth in Ilkley, as the 14-home development off Ashlands Road nears completion.
Built by Keighley-based R N Wooler & Co, the development is close to Ashlands Primary School and a new show home opened this summer.
The remaining properties comprise one three-bedroom house priced at £449,950 and three four-bedroom homes at £549,950. The four-bedroom houses feature south-facing gardens, at least two en-suites, integrated garages, solar panels and EV charging.
