Ilkley's arts, music & culture celebrated this month

A month-long celebration of art, music and culture is taking place across Ilkley.
Throughout September, Ilkley BID through its Discover Ilkley initiative, has launched Ilkley Creative Arts & Culture Month, bringing together local businesses, venues and organisations involved in the town’s thriving creative and cultural scene.
The programme features exhibitions, film, theatre, live music, workshops, competitions, special experiences and exclusive offers, encouraging residents and visitors to discover more of the creative activities and cultural experiences on offer across the town.
Among those taking part are Ilkley Playhouse, which has teamed up with The Ilkley Cow to give away a Dinner & Show experience; Panache, offering discounts including 25% off collection takeaways; and Salt Pots of Ilkley, where visitors can get creative with pottery. Ilkley Cinema is also offering a special deal as part of the month.
Other participating organisations and businesses include The Art Shops, Fusion Chocolate UK, Weaverbird Workshop, Ilkley Literature Festival, Outside the Box, Lumiere Photographic, Coopers of Ilkley and Jigsaw.
