Ilkley Town AFC have joined with 65 other non league clubs in writing to the FA to raise their objections to the writing off of this season.
Last week, the FA announced the immediate end of the non-league season at step three and below, and declared the campaign null and void with no promotions or relegations due to the coronavirus pandemic.
But that decision hasn't gone down well with all local football clubs.
In an interview on BBC’s Look North on Monday evening, Ilkley Town’s Richard Giles said: ‘We are urging them to take their time and reconsider.’
