The next Local History Hub event in Ilkley will be an in-person walk on Saturday July 30. Led by Alex Cockshott from the Ilkley Civic Society: "Assembling in the Manor House courtyard at 2.50pm, we shall leave at 3pm and follow the line of the Brook up Brook Street and Mill Ghyll and then down Wells Road. People can join the walk at the bottom of Mill Ghyll at around 3.15pm. "We shall recall the days when the brook was open down Brook Street and when there was a corn mill in Mill Ghyll. There will not be a History Hub event in August. The next will be by zoom on September 24, revisiting the July walk up Mill Ghyll.
