Robbie Moore MP presents last year’s winning card to the Leader of the House of Commons, Sir Lindsay Hoyle MP

Local MP Robbie Moore has launched his annual Christmas Card competition, inviting primary school-aged children across Ilkley to get creative and design this year's festive card.

The winning design will feature on the front of Robbie's annual Christmas Card, which will be sent to thousands of local residents and businesses across the constituency. It will also be sent to fellow MPs and formally presented to the Speaker of the House of Commons in Parliament.

Commenting on the opening of the competition which open to all primary school aged children living within his Keighley and Ilkley constituency, Robbie said: "I'm delighted to open this year's Christmas card competition. Every year, the creativity and talent across our local area always amazes me, and I know this year will be no different.

"The winning card will be sent to MPs, including the Speaker of the House of Commons, as well as local residents and businesses, so it's a brilliant opportunity to show case the talent of our children and promote our local area. Good luck to everyone, I look forward to seeing everyone's fantastic entries soon!"

Entries should be A4 in size and suitable for scanning. Children are encouraged to be as imaginative as possible, with photographs and creative artwork both welcome. The overall winner will be selected through a public vote shortly after the closing date, Friday 13 November 2026.

Entries can be submitted by email to robbie.moore@parliament.uk or posted to Robbie's constituency office at: Office of Robbie Moore MP, Shan House, 80–86 North Street, Keighley, BD21 3AG.
