Sponsorship opportunities are now available for local businesses to be a part of this year's Ilkley Literature Festival.
Each autumn, the festival delivers a boost to the local economy, bringing visitors that eat, drink, stay and shop locally whilst taking in events. Last year’s festival delivered 100 events to a combined audience of over 14,000 ticketholders.
This year’s festival takes place 4-20 October in venues throughout the town. There are lots of fantastic authors already confirmed and the full programme will be announced on Thursday 15 August.
Kate Lovery, Partnerships & Operations Director says "We are able to put local businesses in front of our large, engaged audience, making it a great way to increase brand recognition and reach new customers. Partners and sponsors enjoy a selection of benefits and perks, whilst knowing their support helps secure the future of the North of England's longest-running literature festival. As a charity, the festival relies on the support of partners, sponsors and donors to continue operating each year, so we are immensely grateful for the support given to us by local businesses, especially during financially challenging times".
There are a number of ways, and investment levels, for businesses to get involved, including advertising in this year's programme. To find out more, visit Sponsorship or contact kate@wordupnorth.org.uk
