Two Rivers Swing Band are putting on a virtual concert this Saturday, 9 May, as part of the 2.6 Challenge and in aid of the Alzheimer’s Society.
'We are really missing playing music together at the moment. Our concerts have been cancelled and our usual charity fundraising has ground to a halt due to the Coronavirus outbreak. So we've decided to put on a virtual concert as part of the 2.6 Challenge in aid of the Alzheimer's Society, the national charity that band members have chosen to support.'
They aim to get 26 band members to film themselves playing a short tune of their choice lasting at least 26 seconds.
Doors open at 8pm and you’ll be able to watch it on-line on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and the bands website - tworiversbands.org.uk
