Upcoming rail engineering work to shut lines between Bradford and Shipley for three days

Rail engineering work between Bradford Forster Square and Shipley will close all lines between the two from Saturday, 1st August, for three days.
This will be the third weekend of works which have included track renewal, tunnel repairs and groundwork engineering.
The works mean disruptions to services on the Wharfedale line, with buses replacing trains between Ilkley and Bradford Forster Square, via Shipley.
Services between Ilkley and Leeds will run as normal.
On the Airedale line, trains between Skipton and Leeds will call additionally at Kirkstall Forge and Apperley Bridge.
Also trains between Bradford Forster Square and Skipton will be diverted to run between Ilkley and Skipton to an amended timetable.
Trains between Leeds / Bradford Forster Square and Ilkley will be diverted to run between Ilkley and Skipton to an amended timetable.
Networks Rail has advised that replacement vehicles may be busier than usual, and you should allow extra time for your journey.
