Join a virtual meeting on Monday evening December 14th to find out.
The meeting is being hosted by Climate Action Ilkley and Ilkley Town Council and will bring together a range of speakers and organisations with an interest in cycling. The meeting will look at the way that Ilkley might develop to take account of these interests, as well as the interests of pedestrians and other road users.
The keynote speaker is Richard Armitage, Executive-Director of the European Cycle Logistics Federation. There will be speakers from Ilkley Cycling Club, Wheelbase, Sun Street Eats (who deliver takeaways by electric cargo bike), as well as an update on the Greenway. The meeting will be attended by Cllr Alex Ross-Shaw, the portfolio holder for BMDC.
This is a good opportunity to hear a range of views and to put your points about the future of cycling in Ilkley. The meeting will be from 7.00 to 9.00pm on Monday December 14th.
