Burley in Wharfedale Nursery Voted top 20 in Yorkshire Region
Esscroft Private Nursery are celebrating the news that they have won a Day Nurseries Top 20 Nursery Award 2019.
The award highlights the most recommended Nurseries in each region of the UK with the Burley in Wharfedale Nursery coming top twenty in Yorkshire. ‘We are truly delighted with the news’ said Georgina, Preschool Teacher and Leader. Aime, Nursery Room Leader continued, ‘we would really like to thank our parents for the kinds reviews enabling us to win this award’.
The prestige Nursery was previously run for over 25 years by founder and owner, Mrs Anna Kouvatsos who sadly passed away in 2017. Since then, her Daughter Maria along with a strong staff team have continued Mrs Kouvatsos’ legacy in providing quality childcare for children from all over the community including Ilkley, Ben-Rhydding, Burley in Wharfedale, Menston and Otley.
With new Manager Ellen Ogley in post, there are now plans to open a new baby provision. ‘This new facility will enable us to cater for families with as young as children from 3-months old and is something parents have been longing for. We have listened to their requests and I am thrilled we can begin to offer this to the community’. The new baby provision will be open from September 2019 and interested families can email esscroftnursery@outlook.com to book an appointment.
The setting is located in 2.5 acres of land and boasts a merry-go-round, tennis courts, pavilion, and an idyllic outdoor provision.
