Ilkley based Dacre, Son & Hartley has won Feefo’s prestigious Platinum Trusted Service Award for the second year running, in recognition of the exceptional customer service ratings and reviews that the estate agent’s clients continually post on the leading review website.
Dacres, which has 20 offices across West and North Yorkshire, secured Feefo’s highest platinum award for the first time last year, which followed the company winning gold awards for the three previous consecutive years.
Working with over 6,000 brands, Feefo is the world's largest provider of verified reviews and is widely recognised as an independent seal of excellence, that identifies businesses that consistently deliver a world-class customer experience.
During 2022, clients reviewed Dacres more than 250 times on Feefo, with an average rating of 4.9 out of 5, which was up from 4.8 in 2021.
