Ilkley Literature Festival are virtually welcoming journalist and writer Anita Sethi to Ilkley for a special book launch event for her book I Belong Here.
Anita was on a journey through Northern England when she became the victim of a race-hate crime. After the event, she experienced panic attacks and anxiety which made her long for wide open spaces, to breathe deeply in the great outdoors. I Belong Here is a journey of reclamation through the natural landscapes of the North, exploring identity, nature, place and belonging.
The event takes place on Friday 30 April at 7pm. Tickets cost £12 and include a copy of the book. To book, visit: www.ilkleylitfest.org.uk/events/anita-sethi-i-belong-here
This event will also feature an audience Q&A hosted by The Grove Bookshop’s Mike Sansbury. Please send any questions you would like to ask Anita Sethi about I Belong Here to info@ilkleylitfest.org.uk by Thursday 15 April.
