The Real Thing, The Johnny Cash Roadshow and Rave On will all performing on the King's Hall stage in September.


The Real Thing, with original vocalists Chris Amoo & Dave Smith, bring their soulful Brand New Day tour to King’s Hall, Ilkley on Saturday 9 September, 7.30pm. Enjoying success in the 1970s and 1980s with their top three singles Can't Get By Without You, Can You Feel The Force and with their number one hit You To Me Are Everything, The Real Thing return in 2023 with brand new music and a brand new tour. Come and see them live on stage as they celebrate over 45 incredible years in the music industry and witness why The Real Thing are undoubtedly a force to be reckoned with. With standing ovations every night, the Johnny Cash Roadshow is the longest running, most recognised and still the biggest and best celebration of Johnny Cash in the world today guaranteed to leave you wanting more. Featuring all the favourites such as Walk the Line, Ring of Fire, Jackson, Orange Blossom Special and Hurt it’s an emotional journey through Cash's entire career. Award-winning Clive John pays homage to Cash’s career as the Man In Black, alongside his iconic wife June Carter (Meghan Thomas). Featuring note perfect renditions of the most loved songs from the 50s and 60s, Rave On is a musical experience like no other, with leading performers from West End Productions. Packed full of hits made famous by the likes of Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly, Chuck Berry, The Beatles, Little Richard, Roy Orbison, The Beach Boys and many more.
