Trains on the Wharfedale line have been disrupted after what's thought to be an unexploded bomb was discovered on Monday morning.
UPDATE: British Transport Police say it responded to reports of a mortar shell being found close to the line in Burley-in-Wharfedale this morning, specialist officers have attended and this has now been removed.
Network Rail tweeted: " staff have found what is believed to be an unexploded bomb near the railway. For safety, both lines are closed between Guiseley & Ilkley Trains to and from these stations will be cancelled Disruption is expected until 13:00"
A replacement bus service has been arranged between Ilkley and Guiseley.
The line reopened shortly before 1pm.
