Services are also expected to be affected on Sunday 6, Tuesday 8 and Thursday 10 November.
The RMT said it would continue its industrial campaign until it reached a negotiated settlement on job security, pay and working conditions.
A spokesperson for Northern advises on strike days: “Please only travel by rail if necessary and if you do travel, expect severe disruption and plan ahead - especially the first and last trains of the day. Remember to check your entire journey as other train service providers may be affected.”
Previously a strike was announced for 3 November has been cancelled to avoid a clash with the Royal British Legion's London Poppy Day appeal.
