Friends of Ilkley Moor drop-in social
The Friends of Ilkley Moor will be holding a drop-in social for members and other interested people at Booths’ Café on Friday 15 November from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.
Free wine and nibbles will be on offer, and for those who require something different, normal refreshments will be available from Booths’ café staff.
To set the mood, live music will be provided at the start of the evening by Friends of Ilkley Moor member, and expert jazz saxophonist, Steph Atkinson.
The aim of the evening will be to increase sociability for our members and to allow those who come to engage with FoIM Committee members so that issues of concern surrounding Ilkley Moor can be discussed in an informal setting.
Owen Wells, Chair of the Friends of Ilkley Moor, said “We are very grateful to our members for their continual support and this is a way in which we can say thank you to them for that support. We hope it will be an enjoyable evening for all and we are very grateful to Booths for making their café freely available to us.”
