Ilkley's Post Office in the Station Plaza has changed ownership this month.
Customers waiting to be served are now queuing inside and the opening hours have been extended to reintroduce Saturday,
The opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am until 5.30pm and Saturday 9am until 12.30pm.
